Refund Policy

Hello! Each item is handmade or from the fashion district. We do not accept returns on handmade items, unless there was an error on BresTees Boutique's end. Now if you order a boutique item from the fashion district, and your item does not fit size wise, send me a message and we will get it fixed for you. 

Please Note: All Hand-dyed items or hand-bleached items may differ slightly in coloration due to each item being dyed separately.  

Turnaround times may also vary. Items are ordered as needed and fulfillment times may change depending on demand. Processing times for orders are currently between 4-15 business days. If you need it by a certain day, send me a message and I will do what I can! I work hard to make sure you have your items in a fast and timely manner. 

Please be considerate of shipping times and note that once the item is in the hands of the carrier, it is out of my control.
